These Terms of Use govern your use of bogenmichel.de and related services (e.g., tournament registration, user accounts, forums/comments). The service is operated by Bogenschützen Mengersgereuth-Hämmern e.V. (“we”/“us”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, registered or not. Deviations apply only if confirmed by us in writing.
You may use our services lawfully and subject to the following rules:
You retain rights to your content. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display and process it for operating the platform (e.g., result lists, start lists, forums).
We may remove content where there are concrete indications of legal violations or violations of these Terms.
Tournament registrations may be subject to fees (entry fee). Entry to the official start list occurs only after payment is received within the stated deadline. Until then, you may remain on the waitlist.
Unless stated otherwise, the amounts and deadlines shown in the tournament announcement/registration form apply. Refunds (if any) are governed by those rules.
We strive for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee constant availability. Maintenance, security or capacity reasons, and events beyond our control may cause temporary limitations.
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
Otherwise, liability is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

We may amend these Terms for good reason (e.g., legal or feature changes). Material updates will be communicated appropriately. The current version is available on this page.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of violations or for good cause. You may delete your account at any time; statutory retention duties remain unaffected.
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the CISG. Where legally permissible, venue is the operator’s registered seat.
